Bapsang means a table setting for meals to be enjoyed. The word Bapsang is made up of two words: Bap (Cooked rice or meal) and Sang (table). Every meal is built around rice. It's the foundation of the meal The typical Korean table consists of rice, soup or stew and several side dishes.
Chef Park
Chef. Andrew Park has over 24 years of culinary experience working with diverse types of cuisine, including Korean, Japanese and French. He has a passion for developing innovative recipes and menu creation with high attention to detail that enhance the quality of the dish. A Culinary Arts graduate of Johnston & Wales University and Halla College of South Korea, he has been an executive chef at many different Korean restaurants and hotels such as the Hyatt Hotel and the Westin Hotel.
